Hello gents. I have had an open ticket on this issue for quite some time. Initially you responded with some suggestions and I followed them but nothing has helped. The last response from you was to provide a log run in debug mode. I have done that and sent it but since then you have been silent. I truly need your help to understand why this is happening as it stands now I cannot trust my backups and that is not good. Please, he me sort this issue out.

Can you minimize a pop up

I’m wondering if the following behavior is possible for a Hustle Pop up. I would like the pop up to appear and then if a user clicks out of it (either by clicking the X or the space around the pop up) the pop up would minimize but still be partly visible in the browser window. If the user clicks the still visible part it would reappear. I would like to do this for a newsletter sign up.

How to Test it is working

Hi.
I loaded your plugin to one of my smaller sites for testing. When I use your test tab and type in the v word I can see it rejects it, but when I tried sending a message from my contact form, the message came through anyway.
Is it because I was logged in to my site as admin at the time? Do I need to try from a different computer?

Updating Failed error

Hello. My site is WordPress 5.2.3 running Twenty Twelve Child theme.
I noticed yesterday that I could not save new pages. When I had the Classic Editor plugin on, the ‘Save Draft’ and ‘Publish’ buttons were dimmed. When I turned off the classic editor plugin, the buttons were active but I was getting an “Updating Failed” error. After disabling other plug-ins, I found that the seo-slugs plug-in was the cause.

I found this plugin easy to use and very good at what it did in providing me with a simple way ofcommunicating, with the aid of my own text and graphic, to the page’s viewers thatit was coming soon. I was also able to attach my social media. It’s great!

Only marginally usable

Nice plugin but unable to format cells with all the complex and cryptic css.
Controls need to be in same windows as selected object. When a field is selected, the attributes need to be set in that window, period! Plugin nearly unusable in present format due to all the complex css.
Need to be able to see columns in containers.Program does not show these. These columns need to be able to have their attributes input in a normal window instead of set up in some cryptic code.
Make it simple AND easy to use, PLEASE. The plugin would be a lot better with these things – Even usable in this case. The plugin can’t be used by me and possibly many other folks, in its present state – Too complex.
CSS has taken many simple tasks and made them overly complex.

Making a website for my friend and they wanted to use the Mags theme, it was easy to set up and when I wanted to tweak a little portion of it the support staff replied to me within’ a couple days with an exact answer.
Will try to convince them to buy the pro theme just to support the Theme Horse folks.

Displaying SVG with sprintf

Hello,
I would like to display a svg icon with sprintf.
As you know, sprintf return a formatted string. I would like to return with this format:
sprintf( '%1.. %2.. %3..,
... ,
... ,
... );now, %2 and %3 are functions that return string. so I write %2$s and %3$s.
But %1 is a SVG path. for example: <svg><path>…</path></svg>.
My question is that what specifier should I use in %1 for displaing the svg?
I will appreciate your help.

Custom Fields Usage

Hi All
I have been asked to help out at the above site as the author has “gone away”!
On this site in the dashboard are custom fields that have been created and allocated to specific plugins.
For example a custom field called Gallery Carousel when allocated a number picks up the carousel number of a plugin called Wonder Carousel.
I cannot readily see how the original author has allocated these custom fields to a plugin as all the documentaion I have read on the internet refers to a custom field relating to static modds and things like that.
I can’t seem to find entries in any of the php files of the site and there is no child theme. I also have the issue that the original author has done a lot of customisation instead of using a standard theme and just adjsting it.
Can anyone point me in the right direction of finding out how the custom fields are picking up data from plugins?

Huge RAM usage – how to diagnose?

I have been looking for this problem, but I can’t find it so am looking for ideas. On the live site, RAM usage has been creeping up, and now I have 1GB allocated but it still is getting exhausted at times. I know the normal theme/plugin dance, but I set up a test site on a different provider, taking a copy of the whole installation and database, and I cannot replicate the issue over there. We have another site running on the same host as our live site, and it doesn’t exhibit these problems so I don’t think I can blame a global configuration, although they are under cpanel so it could be ‘account’ or site specific.
I have tried some plugins to display RAM usage on pages, but they don’t help determine why. One example that is strange is doing a plugin update, the usageDD plugin shows the RAM usage when that page is loaded as about 40MB, but after the update happens (even just one plugin) the inner html section from the update shows RAM usage of 179MB. Only on this site.
Any thoughts on what to look at?
